Eating Disorders
I was inpatient for 11 months and regret it entirely as have hugely regressed in my Ed. There is no individualised care plans unless money or loyalty is involved and their is a huge unethical inequality in treatment. After making an official complaint while still inpatient, I was completely shunned and legal action was threatened against me. There was no accountability taken for the inequalities in treatment. Trust is paramount when receiving treatment and I firmly believe this establishment works with the beliefs of 'Money over morals'. If things do not change, many future service users will suffer. Everyone deserves the chance to recover. The nurses are wonderful and I will never say a bad word about them, however the owners and the programme needs to be evaluated and changed promptly in order to protect vulnerable people and their recovery. I am not usually one for voicing complaints however we need to use our voices to make a change and ensure that things change for the good. Accountability needs to be taken immediately!

I would not recommend Lois Bridges; it's only a house; you have to sit in the sitting room/kitchen all day, smelling the food cooking, which is very triggering. I could hear other people's therapy sessions taking place; I am sure they heard mine. It's too small.
