About Lincoln Residence
Located in a peaceful residential area of Lincoln, Massachusetts, just outside Boston and near scenic conservation land, this program offers intensive mental health care in a quiet, private setting. It serves adults struggling with serious depression and anxiety. With a residential level of care, the program is designed for those who need structured daily treatment and support in a home-like setting.
The program uses a medical and behavioral approach to care. Patients receive daily individual and group therapy along with medication management. Therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), which help patients manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building long-term coping skills.
One unique part of the program is its use of advanced brain-based treatments like transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), including an accelerated version that delivers 50 sessions in just 5 days. There is also access to electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) consultation. The center blends therapy with wellness support such as mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, and private accommodations.
