About Lincoln Recovery Mental Health
Lincoln Recovery is a residential facility in the countryside of Illinois, offering treatment for mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and personality disorders. Upon opening their doors in the fall of 2021, Lincoln Recovery became the latest addition to the Sunshine Behavioral Health family. They use customized and evidence-based treatment plans to meet the recovery needs of each unique client.
Lincoln Recovery treats each person as a whole, rather than focusing on just their symptoms. They offer a primary mental health program with co-occurring substance use disorders, addressing the underlying causes of their conditions. They combine evidence-based therapies with 12-Step or SMART recovery, depending on what works best for the client. During treatment, clients will engage in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group therapy, exposure therapy, and recreational outings.
Lincoln Recovery provides comfortable amenities and accommodations in a tranquil environment. Clients can expect well appointed, private rooms with private bathrooms. Nutritious meals are served 3 times each day, so clients can better focus on recovery. Lincoln Recovery’s facility has a gorgeous indoor pool, a fitness center, walking trails, and a pond perfect for fishing. A combination of indoor and outdoor activities provide year-round entertainment, fun, and wellness opportunities at Lincoln Recovery.
