Lifeskills Delray Beach Outpatient treats adults 18 and older with complex mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or both. The team treats depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, schizophrenia, psychosis, and behavioral addictions. Clients can start here directly or step down from residential care. Lifeskills is part of Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare.

Step Down Through PHP and IOP

The partial hospitalization program (PHP) meets 5 days a week during the day, with groups on relapse prevention, healthy relationships, mindfulness, and family dynamics. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) runs about 10 hours a week, usually for 8 to 12 weeks, so clients can keep up with work or school. Clients who need a stable place to live can stay at Osceola Village, a transitional living residence in Delray Beach accredited by the Florida Association of Recovery Residences (FARR).

Work With a Specialized Clinical Team

Therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), exposure and ritual prevention for OCD, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and Seeking Safety. A psychiatrist handles evaluations and medication. The clinical team also includes several family therapists, a personal trainer, a nutrition counselor, and a yoga instructor, and the center has its own music studio with a recording booth.
