About Cosana Coaching
A holistic healing center rather than a clinical treatment program, Cosana supports clients in recovery from challenges like disordered eating, substance use, and family conflict. Instead of working from an office, Cosana comes to the client, placing a coach inside their real life through a residential immersion model. It functions as both a step-up and step-down program that meets clients where they are in their recovery journey.
Heal at the Root, Not Just the Surface
Cosana blends evidence-based treatment modalities with embodiment practices like yoga to support whole-person healing. Their approach sees physical dysregulation as the root of most mental and emotional struggles, treating presenting problems like binge eating or chronic cannabis use as solutions the client found before they had safer tools. Rather than labeling clients, Cosana views dysfunction as predictable, logical, and solvable, and their coaches work systematically from the surface toward the root, because lasting change can't come through insight and intellect alone.
Weave Healing Into Daily Life
Cosana's immersion model places a coach inside the client's actual life, their home, job, and daily routine, weaving co-regulation, somatic practices, movement, and healing rituals into how they already live. Their white-glove tier adds assisted grocery shopping, meal planning, preparation, and support, plus a coach who joins activities like an AA meeting, a dance class, or a fitness session. The goal isn't compliance in a controlled clinical setting but genuine transformation in the "real world," where healthy, connected living feels normal and even fun.
Sustain Progress and Bring Family In
As both a step-up and step-down program, Cosana helps clients keep momentum after a higher level of care or find support before one becomes necessary, through either the immersion model or a virtual program offering 1 to 3 hours of counseling weekly. Aftercare is ongoing and open-ended, with continuation contracts for those who want sustained coaching. Their monthly Support Network Meeting brings the client's chosen circle into the work, so loved ones become part of the solution rather than sources of stress and shame.
