The team leads evidence-based and skills-based groups that build structure and support recovery. Individuals join dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) , Seeking Safety, MRT, and Music Therapy. They also engage in wellness activities like Tai Chi, yoga, fitness, and WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan), which helps them manage triggers and routines. Other topics include anxiety, depression, anger, medication education, and mental health insights.
Experience Connection Beyond Therapy
Daily programming includes spiritual care, recreation, and community-based events. Individuals join Bible study, worship services, pet visits, birthday celebrations, and structured leisure like games, crafts, and walking. Staff serve meals cafeteria-style on a set schedule to reinforce routine. They also lead addiction-focused groups such as Narcotics Anonymous (NA), Clean & Serene, and Smoking Cessation. These activities strengthen engagement, build coping skills, and support daily stability during care.
