Holina Healing Centre

Set in the Khao Yai mountains of Thailand, Holina Healing is a resort-style program offering a harmonious mix of insightful talk therapies, holistic health treatments, and spiritual practices, ensuring well-rounded recovery care for trauma, burnout, and complex emotional distress in adults from around the world. Holina provides multiple specialty treatments like stem cell therapy, IV infusion suites, sound bowl and gong healing, and aquatic tuning, along with a higher-than-average number of weekly individual sessions.

Select the Right Program Length

Holina Healing offers two paths: the Trauma Recovery Program, a 30, 60, or 90-day residential immersion in psychotherapy, somatic work, and medical support, and the Holina Reset, a 7 or 14-night clinical program built around hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) and intravenous (IV) vitamin infusions. Clients choose length and format based on their goals, availability, and how much time they can dedicate to treatment.

Combine Talk Therapy and Bodywork

Licensed psychotherapists, a consultant psychiatrist, and medical doctors lead each stay, sequencing care around a clinical intake assessment rather than a fixed group schedule. Movement therapy, sound healing, and group work address complex emotions alongside daily individual psychotherapy, while ice baths, neurofeedback and biofeedback, and juice cleansing support the body, with a personalised aftercare plan carrying that work beyond departure.

Recharge in the Khao Yai Mountains

Private rooms include a king or queen bed, a private jacuzzi, a large terrace, air conditioning, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi, set inside Khao Yai National Park. Chef-prepared meals accommodate most dietary needs, and guests share access to a pool, sauna, steam room, and ice bath. Every room is private and single-occupancy, with a shared option on longer stays for those who'd prefer company.
