About HCRC Boston Treatment Center
Health Care Resource Centers (HCRC), formerly Community Substance Abuse Centers, specializes in treating substance use disorders and offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using methadone to treat opioid addictions. They offer a welcoming and non-judgmental environment with tailored services for each individual's unique needs. HCRC Boston Treatment Center also offers:
- Individual, group, and family counseling
- Case management services
- Medical assessments and testing
- Coordinated pregnancy treatment
- Addiction and relapse prevention education
- Referrals to community resources
- Discharge planning and support
- Guest medication services
Their treatment hours are Mon 6am – 7pm, Tues 6am – 1pm, Wed & Thurs 6am – 7pm, Fri 6am – 1pm, Sat & Sun 6am – 11am and their medication hours are Mon – Fri 6am – 1pm, Sat & Sun 6:00 am – 11:00 am. On holidays, they are open 6am-11am.
HCRC Boston is accessible by public transportation. The MBTA bus stops at Albany Street and Southampton Street in walking distance to the program.
