Guardian Intensive Outpatient Program - Delray is part of the Guardian Recovery Network (GRN), a leader in substance use disorder treatment with two decades of experience. Their intensive outpatient program (IOP) can be a stand-alone treatment option or in conjunction with Immersion, their residential sister program. Guardian also offers specialized treatment programs that are age and gender-specific, addressing the recovery needs specific to the individual. The program typically lasts 8 to 10 weeks and has 3-5 hours of daily individual and group treatment, 3-5 days a week. Stage 1 consists of a discovery phase and is centered on stabilization and identifying the personal factors that led to addiction. Stage 2 is centered on therapy, inspiration, and creating routines that prepare clients for sustained recovery. Relapse prevention is the main focus of stage 3 to ensure long-term recovery.

Each treatment plan is individualized to meet the specific needs of each client. Treatment includes individual and group therapy, targeting any underlying mental health conditions that may contribute to addiction, plus life skills training, vocational training, yoga, eastern medicine, 12-Step facilitation, and so much more.
