Located near the intersection of Summit Street and Dundee Avenue, with convenient access for clients throughout Chicago’s northwest suburbs, Greater Family Health Elgin Dundee Ave offers teletherapy and in-person psychiatry for a broad range of mental health and substance use conditions, as well as primary care. The 543 bus line stops just outside the building for clients traveling via public transportation.
