About Go Getters Worcester
HealthPort’s Go Getters Worcester center offers psychiatric rehabilitation for adults with co-occurring disorders, substance use, mental illness, and gambling addictions in Worcester County. Services include onsite day programs that run seven days a week, featuring group activities focused on mental health, daily living skills, and physical health education, with meals provided. Evidence-based treatments such as Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), positive psychotherapy, and neurofeedback training are also offered.
The center also provides Community Outreach Services (ACT) to support clients in homes, workplaces, or other community settings. These services are designed to assist with money management, entitlements, employment, housing, and connecting to resources—helping clients build independence and maintain mental wellness.
