About Discovery Mood and Anxiety Program - Milwaukee
For 25 years, the Discovery Mood and Anxiety Program has treated thousands of individuals struggling with mental illnesses. Discovery’s new downtown Milwaukee facility treats adults of all genders. Discovery uses a combination of evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and experiential therapies like music and art therapy.
Patients receive aftercare help to facilitate transitions and challenges post-discharge, such as the Discovery app and Discovery alumni online support groups.
