Continuing Care

After detox, clients can transition into outpatient programs, including day treatment (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP). These evidence-based programs include therapy, medication management, experiential groups, psychoeducation, and life skills development. PHP offers intensive day treatment five days a week, while IOP provides 9 to 15 hours of flexible weekly care, supporting relapse prevention, coping skills, and a gradual return to daily routines.

The team uses a dual diagnosis approach to address co-occurring disorders alongside addiction treatment, focusing on emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and social well-being.
