About DayBreak Treatment Solutions Pennsylvania
Daybreak Treatment Solutions is a premiere facility, treating adults who are experiencing addiction through a full continuum of care. Nestled in the countryside of Philadelphia amongst rolling hills and picturesque farmland, clients can recover and heal in a serene and comfortable setting. With a team of masters-level therapists and clinicians, clients receive personally tailored treatment through a blend of evidence-based and holistic methods, combined with 12-Step or SMART recovery and 1-on-1, group, and family therapy.
Daybreak offers 24-hour medically supervised inpatient detox services for adults with a physical dependency to alcohol, opioids, or prescription medications. The length of their detox program varies based on individual needs, with 3-10 days being the average. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is available to assist clients through the process, with medications to alleviate cravings and uncomfortable withdrawal symptoms. Their inpatient detox was designed with comfort in mind, featuring semi-private rooms, comfortable furnishings, and an on-site spa offering salon treatments.
As part of their full spectrum of care, Daybreak offers a unique and affordable alternative to residential treatment after detox. Clients can continue their care in day treatment (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP) at Daybreak, while residing in one of their structured and supportive recovery residences. PHP consists of 6+ hours of treatment per day, up to 6 days per week for 3-5 weeks. Clients can step down to lower levels of care through IOP and general outpatient programs, providing long-term ongoing care. Clients participating in outpatient care are offered the option to live in one of Daybreak’s gender-specific recovery residences, which provide a structured and sober living environment with 24/7 staff monitoring.
Clients experiencing substance use disorders with co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety, trauma, or depression, receive dual-diagnosis care with a whole-person treatment approach. Daybreak offers trauma-informed care and psycho-educational groups to help clients understand the underlying causes of addiction. Dual-diagnosis care may involve individual and group psychotherapy and medication management services.
DayBreak's staff collaborates with clients to establish a customized treatment strategy. They use group therapies and a variety of approaches to treatment to address all areas of substance use, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, rational emotive behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing. Clients can take advantage of DayBreak's comfortable amenities while undergoing treatment, including their salon, spa, and massage services.
