On-site medical detox services are also available for individuals beginning their recovery from substance use. Family support is an important part of the healing process at Cross Creek. Patients can receive phone calls during designated hours using a unique access code, and in-person visits are offered on a case-by-case basis, following a set weekly schedule by unit. Depending on the unit, each patient may have one or two visitors. Visitors are required to check in, follow safety protocols, and arrive early
