Treatment at Crestwood Fallbrook follows a whole-person, strengths-based model that honors each client's journey. Residents engage in dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) development, and a range of trauma-informed, recovery-centered services. Peer providers—those with lived experience—serve as mentors and allies, building connection, hope, and empowerment. Clients also benefit from life skills training, pre-vocational support, recovery education, and community reintegration planning to support long-term independence.
