Treatment plans are customized to each patient, incorporating a variety of evidence-based and experiential therapies, 12-Step principles, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) as needed.

Treatment includes individual and group therapy sessions alongside experiential activities such as art, fitness, meditation, spirituality groups, yoga, and adventure-based counseling. Led by Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialists, these nature-based obstacles help patients discover strengths and work together to overcome various tasks, much like the journey to recovery. Family sessions help patients and loved ones understand the recovery process, work through relationship issues, and enhance communication.
