It features individual counseling, individual wellness coaching, group therapy, and educational workshops, all delivered through an easy-to-use telehealth platform. This tailored, technology-driven care ensures clients across Arizona receive the essential care they need.
A typical day in Cornerstone’s residential program starts at 8 a.m. with group therapy, psychoeducation, yoga, and mindfulness. Clients receive at least one hour of individual therapy weekly. Evenings include 12-Step and mental health-focused programs. Clients enjoy free time in the afternoons and on weekends, with activities varying from game nights to trips to Sedona.
