About CORE Treatment Services - Residential
CORE Treatment Services provides compassionate, high-quality behavioral health care in private, home-like treatment centers in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The organization treats substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions through personalized, evidence-based care that supports lasting recovery.
CORE designs treatment to avoid a one-size-fits-all model. Gender-specific residential programs operate in separate homes for men and women, creating safe, supportive environments that allow individuals to focus on healing, growth, and rebuilding their lives.
Mission-Driven, Person-Centered Care
CORE advances its mission to improve community health by delivering essential behavioral health services with compassion, dignity, and respect. Care centers on helping individuals feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout the recovery process.
An experienced team applies evidence-based practices while honoring each person’s history, strengths, and goals. CORE delivers a full continuum of care, spanning residential treatment and outpatient mental health services, to support individuals at every stage of recovery.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
CORE operates an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The program supports ongoing recovery while allowing participants to balance work, family, and daily responsibilities.
Through group therapy and structured programming, participants build emotional regulation skills, recognize and respond to triggers, and practice healthy lifestyle habits. The program also provides addiction education and practical tools that promote long-term recovery, emotional wellness, and sustained personal growth. Outpatient clinics are located in Manitowoc, Waupaca, and Shawano.
