Clear Behavioral Health - Manhattan Beach offers outpatient treatment for teens suffering from mental health conditions. They offer partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient (OP). Clear Recovery programs include family involvement and life skills development. Clear Recovery also has a strong alumni program that meets in weekly support groups onsite.
Treatment includes individual therapy, group therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR), somatic therapy, family therapy, and experiential therapy (yoga, meditation, breathwork, dance/ movement therapy, and sound therapy).
