About Clear Behavioral Health Gardena
Clear Behavioral Health in Gardena offers detox and residential treatment for adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. The programs include family involvement and life skills development. Clear Recovery also has a strong alumni program that meets in weekly support groups on-site.
Comprehensive Approach
Their personalized treatment approach includes individual therapy, group therapy, mindfulness therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy. They also offer experiential therapies, like yoga, meditation, breathwork, dance/movement therapy, and sound therapy. Detox uses medication-assisted therapy (MAT) to ease the symptoms of opioid and alcohol withdrawal. Once patients have completed the residential program, they can continue receiving additional support through outpatient and virtual therapy to ease the transition from 24/7 care to living out everyday recovery.
Comfortable Accommodations
The residential program provides a comfortable and open living space with modern amenities to create the ideal environment for healing and long-term recovery. The living arrangements are semi-private, with 2 per room, to promote comfort while also ensuring a sense of community. Amenities include a patio and backyard with lounging areas, an on-site washer and dryer, and a local meal delivery service that provides nutritious meals directly to the home.
