This evidence-based method employs FDA-approved medications such as Suboxone and Vivitrol to ease withdrawal symptoms. To ensure optimal results, medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is usually combined with counseling and mental health services. Furthermore, CleanSlate provides a program for pregnant women, featuring medical oversight to protect the well-being of both the mother and her baby.

This location also offers new patient walk-in hours from 9:30 to 11:30 AM and 1:30 to 3:30 PM on Monday through Thursday, and 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Friday.
