At BriteLife Recovery, clients come to heal from substance use and the mental health challenges that often tag along, and they’re met with care that feels human and supportive. Clients move through detox and into a rehabilitation program that’s designed to help them actually breathe again. Everything is built around real connection: evidence-based therapy, experiential groups, and nature-infused practices that help clients reclaim a life that feels like theirs.
Grow Alongside Others on the Same Journey
Treatment is built on the belief that real healing happens in connection with self, others, and the world. While clients receive individual therapy twice a week, the heart of the work takes place in small, experiential groups where clients can finally feel seen, understood, and supported. These groups blend relational trauma work, acceptance and commitment therapy, and shame and vulnerability healing, all held in gender-specific settings of just 12–14 clients.

From the moment someone enters treatment, the team is already thinking about life after BriteLife, making sure each person has a plan that fits who they are. The client services team works like detectives, gathering the details that matter and guiding clients toward the right steps for their next chapter. And once clients leave, the alumni program keeps that connection alive through weekly Zoom meetings and quarterly in-person events.
