Recovery Centers of America
Recovery Centers of America (RCA) is on a mission to save one million lives impacted by substance use or mental health disorders, one person at a time. Providing a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services at their locations across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and the Southeast, their model allows for consistent, quality treatment coupled with personalized care plans and industry-leading outcomes. They admit patients 24/7, accept most insurance, and provide transportation, intervention, and family support services.Value-Driven CareSince 2015, RCA has lived by a handful of core values. First, they prioritize patient-centered care, creating an empathetic environment. They empower their teams to do the right thing for their patients and families, leaving a lasting impact on those they serve. RCA prioritizes teamwork, valuing everyone’s contributions and expertise as well as nurturing a culture of innovation and excellence. Safety is also a core value, ensuring a physically secure and culturally inclusive environment for all.Three Pathways to RecoveryRCA’s 3 distinct pathways to recovery allow them to meet every patient where they are. Foundations of Recovery is designed for people receiving inpatient treatment for the first time and focuses on teaching them about addiction and the resources available. The Fresh Start pathway charts a new course toward recovery for those who have tried treatment before but need something new. Patients in Balance Pathway receive care for both mental health and addiction, as well as some medical conditions. Several RCA locations offer the Balance Pathway for primary mental health treatment, and all of them offer it for co-occurring mental health treatment.Treatment Built for Military & First RespondersResilience Empowerment Safety and Care for our Uniformed Heroes (RESCU) is a confidential addiction treatment program specifically designed to address the unique stressors faced by active-duty military, veterans, and first responders. RESCU offers tailored care, including dedicated therapists trained in military and first responder culture, and a curriculum focused on trauma and substance use disorder.
