BlueCrest Recovery Center is an outpatient facility providing treatment for addiction and co-occurring disorders by addressing their clients both clinically and spiritually. They offer intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), and outpatient therapies for adult men and women. BlueCrest believes that addressing substance misuse and co-occurring disorders requires a holistic approach and healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Evidence-based therapies are combined with the 12-Step concept through group, individual, and family therapy sessions. Their experienced staff provide comprehensive and individualized care, tailored to each client and their unique treatment needs.
BlueCrest Recovery is dedicated to their mission, striving to address all aspects of substance misuse and co-occurring disorders to help patients transform and empower their lives in sobriety. The PHP program is their most intensive program, meeting 5 days per week. PHP consists of a variety of proven techniques such as didactic group sessions, 1-on-1 therapy sessions, group therapy, yoga, meditation, and 12-Step facilitation. Clients in the IOP program will meet 3 to 5 days per week for 3 hours per day, depending on the level of care needed, and focus on building a solid support system outside of treatment. Both programs incorporate evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), and motivational interviewing (MI). BlueCrest Recovery is a dual-diagnosis facility that can address concurrent conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic relapse, and other mental health disorders.
Their facility is conveniently located just outside of New York City and offers access to nature and an outdoor relaxation lounge, along with many other comfortable amenities in a serene and therapeutic environment.
