Bethesda Retreat is one of the most renowned, affordable sober living homes with medium to long term accommodation in South Africa. Bethesda Retreat specializes in treating addiction and offers a safe and supportive environment for recovery. Their 12-Step program guides clients through the recovery process. They offer guidance and advice on finances, relationships, decision making, life-skills, and anything else you might need to tackle a life of sobriety. Clients can engage in a variety of therapies including solution-focused and goal-oriented therapy, interpersonal therapy (IPT), art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).
Bethesda Retreat is an extremely comfortable home in the beautiful town of Plettenberg Bay, South Africa. The intimate setting can accommodate up to 14 people and is hosted by addiction and recovery specialists. The facility provides comfortable home-like accommodations and includes cable TV and WiFi for cell phones and personal computers. Excursion trips are under the guidance and supervision of the recovery coaches. Numerous attractions are just a 10 minute walk from the retreat. Clients can enjoy an on-site pool, gardens, and walking trails.
