Oceans Behavioral Hospital and Norman Regional Health System have teamed up to provide residential treatment in a 48-bed facility in south central Oklahoma. This location, Behavioral Health Center, treats adults for anger, anxiety, bipolar, depression, grief, OCD, PTSD, schizophrenia, self-harm, stress, trauma, alcohol and drug addiction, personality disorders, and co-occurring disorders. Their treatment methods include 1-on-1 counseling, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), group therapy, medication management, relapse prevention counseling, relaxation therapy, and 12-Step Facilitation. They specialize in treating clients 55+ with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other aging-related challenges.
