The regular outpatient service is 3 hours of group counseling each week and an hour of individual counseling each month, totaling 13 hours per month. The IOP program is 9 hours of group counseling plus an hour of individual counseling each week, totaling 40 hours per month. Bay Area Recovery Center is designed to provide intense therapy while allowing individuals to maintain their jobs. Program durations typically range from 30 to 180 days, but they can be adjusted based on individual needs or court orders. Locals can access in-person or hybrid treatment, while virtual treatment is available to anyone in the U.S.
For aftercare, they offer follow-up calls, alumni events, and group meetings. The group meetings are free for all clients who stay sober.
