About Applegate Recovery Fort Wayne
Applegate Recovery Fort Wayne is an outpatient clinic treating adults with opioid addictions. Their medical staff supervise individualized medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services, using buprenorphine and Suboxone. In addition to MAT, their substance use counselors provide both individual and group counseling sessions to help individuals address past traumas, learn relapse prevention strategies, and set goals for their recovery.
