About Amend Wellness
This mental health program helps men and women who struggle with mental health conditions pause in the midst of a crisis and find help. The program specifically works with people who suffer with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), post-traumatic stress disorder, suicidal ideation, depression, veteran’s mental health, grief, loss and burnout. The stabilization program lasts from 7-14 days and allows clients to receive in-the-moment care and address years of anxiety, stress and depression while enjoying a luxurious environment. While the center does offer 2 week retreats, they also offer residential treatment. Their 30-day reset allows clients to address their hormonal, mental and physical imbalances while also indulging in wellness services to boost their emotional state. The program offers yoga, sauna therapy, sound bath and meditation, pool and cold plunge and chef-prepared meals. They also offer comprehensive psychological assessments like depression and anxiety inventories, genetic testing, hormonal testing, memory and executive functioning testing, trauma assessments and clinical interviews.
