The 12 month program includes 4 months of IOP programming and 8 months of relapse prevention. The “Albero Model" was designed after the Matrix Institute in Los Angeles, California. Albero blends elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with psychoeducation, relapse prevention, 12-Step facilitation, and family intervention. With a maximum of 10 clients at a time, participants of Albero can expect individualized support, ensuring clients receive the tools necessary to overcome addiction.
