Located at the Public Agency Center on East Washington Street near downtown West Bend, the center provides walk-in assessments, counseling, psychiatry, medication services, case management, OWI assessments, and youth programs. The center operates Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with 24/7 crisis intervention available by phone or in person.
Match Care to Need
Washington County Behavioral Health’s care approach is designed to connect people with the least restrictive and most appropriate level of care whenever possible. Services include therapy, psychiatric care, medication needs, SUD case management, comprehensive community services, the community support program, and crisis counseling. For urgent needs, trained crisis staff can help with de-escalation, suicide risk assessments, crisis planning, and community-based options that may reduce the need for inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
