About Viveda Wellness
This wellness center is centrally located just a 45 minute train ride from Mumbai. The name Viveda means a shelter for the mind, body and soul. Guests can come to Viveda anywhere from 2-21 days and experience relief from the stress of daily life and begin healing from chronic health conditions and pain. The center has a philosophy that includes a mix of ayurveda, yoga and naturopathy. The center aims to create an immersive wellness experience that incorporates individualized fitness regimens and healthy, organic cuisine to help restore balance and harmony.
Each guest begins their stay with a lifestyle consultation where guests are encouraged to share their life’s stressors. This consultation helps inform the qualified clinicians how to treat and cleanse the individual’s body. The programs begin with a cleanse followed by nourishment to regain strength and immunity. In addition to treating the pain of the physical body holistically, Viveda offers yoga and spa-like massages to provide relaxation. Patients can customize a program that works best for them or can choose from a selection of programs that speak to their needs such as intense detox, fitness, pain management, stress management, weight management, yoga retreat, quick fitness or recharge your soul.
The amenities at Viveda make the experience special and memorable. They offer a beautiful stone swimming pool that has crystal clear water. The gardens on the property are surrounded by trees and fragrant florals and are intended to be used for meditation. The property has a scenic walking path, a reflexology track, a quaint library and more.
