Altaussee is 1 of 3 locations. Guests come to Vivamayr Altaussee to work on their longterm health by detoxifying their bodies as well as choosing a medical focus. The programs that are offered at this facility include active detox, stress control, sports performance boost, weight care, anti-inflammatory skin, post-covid care and diabetes management programs. The programs range from 1-2 weeks in length and guests can choose from a variety of room options, activities and therapies. The medical services at Vivamayr are founded on principles of Modern Mayr Medicine, functional medicine and traditional chinese medicine. Holistic therapies like yoga, physical fitness, cryotherapy, hydrotherapy and massage therapy are often used to enhance further healing. Nordic walking, skiing and boat trips are also available activities to promote relaxation and rejuvenation. The cuisine at Vivamayr is focused on using local, seasonal and organic ingredients and each guest’s meals are prepared with their preference and restrictions in mind.
