Retreat Options
Veda5 Rishikesh has several retreat options for guests to choose from. The retreats vary in length from 3 to 12 days and some can be customized based upon guest request and doctor advice. The yoga and ayurveda retreat is 5 days and includes vegetarian meals, daily ayurvedic treatment, lectures and cooking classes, and yoga classes. The ayurveda liver detox program has a minimum stay of 10-12 nights and includes doctor consultations, herbal detox mixes, and an individualized dietary program. Other package options include an immunity booster retreat, panchakarma retreat, and an ayurveda rejuvenation retreat.
