The liver detox program is 10-12 days long and is intended for anyone who excessively drinks alcohol or has non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. This program is led by doctors who monitor guests’ health. The 7-day mental health program is for anyone who wants to reconnect with nature and the self. The components of this program include daily yoga, meditation and pranayama classes, personal counseling with a mental health counselor, nutritious meals, ayurveda cooking classes and post-retreat support from the team at Veda5.
