About The Therapist Group
Helping people find a therapist who fits their needs, The Therapist Group is a Denver-based collective of independent clinicians providing outpatient therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. They work with people experiencing anxiety and depression, trauma and grief, relationship challenges, stress, and other mental health concerns. With experience spanning LGBTQ+ affirming care, neurodivergence, veterans and military service, and addiction concerns, their therapists include bilingual clinicians and give people options for finding someone whose expertise aligns with what they are facing.
Draw From Diverse Approaches
The Therapist Group brings together licensed counselors and social workers who tailor care to each person rather than using one approach across the practice. Depending on the clinician, therapy may draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems, mindfulness, art therapy, play therapy, and sand tray therapy. Couples and families can also work on communication, conflict, relationships, parenting, and other challenges affecting life at home.
Choose Care Around Daily Life
Clients can meet with their chosen therapist in person or through virtual therapy, making it easier to fit care around work, school, family, and other everyday responsibilities. Each therapist operates independently within The Therapist Group, so specialties, availability, fees, insurance coverage, and virtual options may vary by clinician. Some therapists accept insurance or provide sliding-scale options, giving clients different ways to access care that works for their needs.
