About Ellie Mental Health - Trinity-New Port Richey
The Trinity Ellie Mental Health office on Galileo Drive offers individual, couples, and family therapy in person and by telehealth, Monday through Friday, with some therapists available outside standard hours. A five-person team treats anxiety, depression, trauma, and related concerns using a wide range of modalities, from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and beyond.
Matches Each Client to the Right Therapist
New clients complete a brief intake so the front desk can pair them with a therapist whose specialties and style fit their situation, rather than the first open slot. Therapists here draw on eye movement therapy (EMDR), Gestalt therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), art therapy, and other approaches, giving each pairing room to reflect what actually helps.
Covers a Broad Range of Insurance Plans
The office accepts more than 30 insurance plans, including Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, and most major Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, so cost is less likely to stand between a client and ongoing care. Couples sessions and family therapy are both offered alongside individual counseling, using the same therapist-matching process.
