With a mission to make mental health care accessible in every community, Ellie Mental Health provides therapy for children, teens, adults, couples, and families, with telehealth appointments available. The Pittsfield clinic treats anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), adjustment disorder, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, mood and personality disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorders, phobias, psychotic disorders, schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorder, neurodevelopmental disorders, sensory processing disorder, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Ellie Mental Health uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), exposure therapy, psychodynamic therapy, person-centered therapy, play therapy, and attachment-based therapy. The team also uses yoga, motivational interviewing (MI), mindfulness-based therapy, somatic experiencing, narrative therapy, internal family systems (IFS), rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT), art therapy, dance/movement therapy, and solution-focused/brief therapy.

Clients can also receive support for grief and loss, self-esteem, self-harm, anger, stress, relationship and marital concerns, family conflict, blended families, separation and divorce, infidelity, parenting, adoption and foster care, and reunification. Ellie Mental Health supports LGBTQ+ clients, gender-affirming care, polyamorous and non-monogamous relationships, survivors of sexual assault, first responders, service members and veterans, and their families. Services also include sex therapy, career counseling, life coaching, nutrition services, and wellness consultations.
