About Ellie Mental Health - Englewood
The Ellie Mental Health Englewood office on West Hampden Avenue brings together eight therapists who work with children, teens, and adults in individual, couples, and family sessions. Clients address anxiety, depression, trauma, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), grief, and life transitions. Individual clinicians also focus on survivors of sexual assault and domestic abuse, veterans and military families, and people facing substance use.
Address Trauma and Mood Concerns Through Varied Therapies
Therapists help clients work through anxiety, trauma, and mood concerns using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). Others draw on art therapy, play therapy, music therapy, internal family systems, exposure therapy, and animal-assisted therapy, so clients can pair with a clinician whose methods feel like a good match.
Find Care for Kids, Teens, Couples, and Families
Several therapists focus on children, adolescents, and young adults, and one is a former school counselor with ten years in Aurora and Denver public schools. Two clinicians offer family and couples therapy, and one draws on narrative therapy and emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to help families notice communication patterns. Another works with children and teens facing ADHD, autism, trauma, and life transitions.
