About Colorado Women's Center – LoHi
Centering care on women’s lives, Colorado Women’s Center supports teens, young adults, midlife women, and older adults with anxiety, trauma, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), depression, burnout, grief, body image, self-esteem, and relationship concerns.
Work Through Patterns
Their therapists use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), somatic therapy, mindfulness, interpersonal therapy, and family systems therapy to address thoughts, emotions, physical stress responses, and relationship dynamics. Colorado Women’s Center’s approach also focuses on boundaries, self-esteem, self-forgiveness, confidence, and reducing guilt and shame, helping women understand patterns and respond to challenges with practical tools.
Support Through Each Stage
Colorado Women’s Center addresses concerns that can affect women differently across adolescence, adulthood, midlife, and senior years, including ADHD in adult women, postpartum concerns, self-harm, trauma, grief, and relationship strain. Clients can meet with their therapists at the Denver office near the Platte River or connect virtually statewide, while couples and families can join counseling for communication, conflict, and family dynamics.
Hours run seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
