About Colorado Therapy Collective
Centered on the need for connected relationships, Colorado Therapy Collective serves individuals, couples, and families through in-person therapy in Denver’s LoHi neighborhood and online across Colorado. The team helps client navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) to intimacy, infidelity, family changes, and life transitions.
Finding a Path Forward
The center uses emotionally focused therapy (EFT) across individual, couples, and family care, including emotionally focused individual therapy (EFIT), to help clients recognize patterns that affect connection, communication, and emotional well-being. Therapists may integrate eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), exposure and response prevention (ERP), mindfulness, and motivational interviewing based on client’s needs.
Growing Toward Healthier Relationships
Using attachment-based, humanistic, strengths-based, and non-pathologizing approaches, therapists clients better understand how past experiences and emotional patterns shape current relationships. Couples can work through trust, communication, sexual desire, infidelity, and conflict, while individuals can build emotional regulation and a healthier self-view. Care also affirms LGBTQIA+ identities, gender and sexuality exploration, family building, and monogamous and non-monogamous relationships.
