About Antioch University Seattle Community Counseling and Psychology Clinic
As a university training clinic, Antioch University Seattle Community Counseling and Psychology Clinic provides counseling to people of all ages through graduate student therapists supervised by licensed psychologists and counselors. Antioch Clinic helps with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, ADHD, and relationship or school concerns. Therapists meet with individuals, couples, families, children, and groups, help children with friendship skills and peer bullying, and provide online counseling across Washington State.
Counseling Structure and Sliding-Scale Access
Student therapists consult with each client to identify the best approach for their situation, with attention to multicultural differences. Most counseling sessions last 50 minutes, and the clinic records sessions for supervision, training, and education before erasing the recordings. The clinic uses a $0-$100 sliding scale based on income, while matriculated Antioch University students receive counseling at no cost.
