The Ranch program and its staff are dedicated to creating a safe and special place where people can transform their lives physically, mentally, and spiritually. Through guided exercise, wellness support, and healthy eating, their programs help guests cleanse their bodies in a sustainable way while reconnecting with nature. The Ranch in Vail, Colorado is a 5 night 6-day immersive program for 25 adults. The structured program includes fitness, nutritional counseling and a plant-based diet. The schedule includes morning stretches followed by breakfast, mountain hiking and lunch. Afternoons are reserved for strength and yoga class, freetime, and dinner. The Ranch states;“During their stay guests log around 50 miles of hiking as they connect with fellow guests and nourish their bodies with a thoughtful menu of plant-based cuisine.
