About The Ranch Vail
The Ranch program and its staff are dedicated to creating a safe and special place where people can transform their lives physically, mentally, and spiritually. They believe that good health is the ultimate luxury. Through guided exercise, wellness support, and healthy eating, their programs help guests cleanse their bodies in a sustainable way while reconnecting with nature. These programs also give people the chance to assess their current state of well-being and learn how to make lasting healthy changes in their daily lives.
Guided Exercise and Nutrition
The Ranch in Vail, Colorado is a 5 night 6-day immersive program for 25 adults. The structured program includes fitness, nutritional counseling and a plant-based diet. The schedule includes morning stretches followed by breakfast, mountain hiking and lunch. Afternoons are reserved for strength and yoga class, freetime, and dinner. The Ranch states;“During their stay guests log around 50 miles of hiking as they connect with fellow guests and nourish their bodies with a thoughtful menu of plant-based cuisine. Our structured schedule allows for a decision-free experience while our nurturing staff is there to support guests throughout the week.” Lasting nutritional and fitness guidance from The Ranch experts will continue after departure to ensure guests sustain the benefits of their stay.”
The Lodge
Guests stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, a luxury property with 5-star service. In order to maintain an intimate setting, the guests at the resort will have the privilege of experiencing fitness classes, yoga sessions, and meals in private spaces. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to indulge in relaxation at the resort's expansive 21,000-square-foot spa, which includes relaxation lounges, steam rooms, dry saunas, hot and cold plunge pools, and a stone-lined coed grotto. For those who prefer to enjoy the natural surroundings, there are outdoor spaces available to unwind, along with 3 Jacuzzis and a large heated pool on the property. An onsite oxygen bar is provided, and the team ensures individual oxygen cans are available upon guests' arrival, helping them adapt to the higher elevation more comfortably.
