About The Bridge to Recovery
Bridges to Recovery has five decades of experience helping clients heal from unresolved trauma, using a workshop model and small group settings. Bridges to Recovery has one admission day every two weeks, allowing up to 10 clients at a time. Clients enjoy individual healing work, nurtured and supported by Masters-level and licensed clinicians. Clients complete group work to help with grief, emotional struggles, depression, intimacy, trauma, and codependency. A graduation ceremony ends each workshop.

Bridges to Recovery sits on 115 acres of forests, pastures, and natural caves, with a tranquil creek cutting through the property and plentiful wildlife. Guests can expect comfortable amenities in gender-specific housing. Snacks, pillows and bedding are provided.
Fun Activities
Bridges to Recovery encourages recovery and wellness with yoga, hiking, meditation, disc golf, volleyball, and their unique “Inner Child Playground”. Their extensive equine therapy program is a client favorite. Clients can also enjoy free time and activities of their choice.
