Vita Nova
About Vita Nova
Located downtown in Fort Worth, Vita Nova operates sober living homes for women who are already in recovery from substance use disorder (SUD). Monarch House accepts women with at least 30 days of sobriety. Diamond House serves women with at least 1 year in recovery and at least 3 months of employment. Residents live in a drug and alcohol-free home, share rooms when required, follow curfews and house rules, attend 12-Step meetings, work with sponsors, and complete drug screening.
Daily Recovery and Life Skills
Residents take part in peer recovery support, budgeting, financial literacy, health awareness, employment assistance, and job-readiness activities. They also require ongoing 12-Step participation and sponsorship. Vita Nova follows a Christian and spiritual approach, and its recovery environment emphasizes responsibility, routine, employment, and preparation for independent living. Application requirements include sobriety benchmarks, compliance with drug screening, and restrictions related to narcotic medication, resident children, and violent criminal history.
