About Transitions Sober Living - Texas
Structured living begins with clear expectations for men with substance use disorders (SUD). Transitions Sober Living houses residents in a furnished 5-bedroom home with private and semi-private rooms, 2 shared living areas, and a reading lounge. Curfew and frequent random toxicology and breathalyzer screenings are part of daily accountability, while case management also addresses co-occurring mental health conditions.
Recovery Built on Accountability
Transitions Sober Living follows a 3-phase recovery program that includes an individualized plan of action with weekly follow-ups from a recovery mentor, accountability partners, mandatory weekly house meetings, and recovery meeting support. They coordinate with rehabilitation centers, outpatient programs, psychiatrists, and therapists, while referrals remain available when additional care is needed. They also provide nutrition planning, personal trainer sessions, office space, and a health club membership.
