Guided by a mission to help men build peaceful, purpose-driven lives in sobriety, The Sober Minds Recovery House is a men’s sober living residence treating alcohol and drug addiction through structure, accountability, and peer support. Their program includes residential sober living and transitional support for men in early recovery. The home focuses on long-term sobriety, personal growth, and stability during the critical period after treatment or at the start of recovery.

Encourage Growth Through Connection

The approach blends 12-Step involvement, recovery coaching, and evidence-informed guidance to support steady progress in early sobriety. Residents attend support meetings, engage in mentorship, and follow daily routines that promote responsibility and connection. Core staff bring backgrounds in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), which help support men in recovery. The center reinforces accountability and maintains a safe, sober environment through routine testing, including nightly breathalyzers and weekly urinalysis (UA) testing.

Support Growth Beyond Sobriety

Residents live in private rooms within a calm, residential home that supports focus, stability, and daily responsibility. The program offers transportation assistance to help residents attend meetings, work, shop for groceries, and reach medical appointments. Alongside daily structure and community support, wellness resources such as a complimentary gym membership, an in-house sauna, and a cold plunge area support physical health while in recovery.

The Sober Minds Recovery team also hosts group excursions and periodic overnight trips, which encourage healthy engagement among peers and continued growth in sobriety.
