The Reclamation Room

Founded by a retired United States Navy Chief, the Reclamation Room provides structured, recovery-focused housing for men committed to sobriety. The home serves veterans, treatment center graduates, reentry clients, case-managed clients, and employment-focused clients. The Houston home sits near public transit, parks, grocery stores, medical care, treatment centers, and job opportunities, giving men access to everyday resources.

Structure for a Stronger Future

Men in the home follow a structured routine centered on recovery and personal responsibility. They attend weekly house meetings, participate in mandatory recovery programs, submit to random drug testing, and practice peer-led accountability. An on-site house manager oversees daily life, while residents build community through shared meals and house activities. To stay in the home, residents must actively follow all house expectations and commit to working, volunteering, or seeking employment.

The Reclamation Room centers recovery on discipline, dignity, responsibility, and community. Residents have access to furnished bedrooms, a full kitchen, laundry, Wi-Fi, parking, and a backyard, plus keyless entry and 24/7 video monitoring. The home also works with veteran organizations, treatment centers, detox programs, PHP and IOP providers, hospitals, probation and parole, employers, and other community partners to support men as they continue their recovery.
