The Bridge Barbados
About The Bridge Barbados
Located on the west coast of Barbados, The Bridge Barbados is a men-only sober living home for men who have completed addiction treatment, are returning after relapse, or need secondary care before living independently. It is not a detox or clinical treatment center. Residents must arrive sober and agree to stay abstinent. The house accepts up to five men at a time and is designed for privacy, including a private location, confidential residency, and no social media exposure.
Daily Structure and Recovery Work
The Bridge Barbados residents follow a set daily routine. Mornings include meditation, reflection, intention-setting, and physical activity. During the day, residents attend local AA, NA, or CA meetings, work the 12 Steps, stay in contact with sponsors, read recovery literature, and take part in daily 1-on-1 support sessions and group reflection meetings. They also journal, attend yoga sessions, help with household responsibilities, share communal meals, and work on a relapse-prevention plan. The program includes family support and an individual pace for step work and recovery tasks.
Living Setting and Aftercare
Residents stay in ensuite rooms and receive full-board meals made with locally sourced, organic, and nutritional ingredients. Airport transfers in Barbados are included, along with VIP immigration assistance. Free time may include nature walks, beach visits, private boat trips, cultural outings, gentle exercise, rest, and local charity work through Feed the Street. The monthly price is £25,000, $34,000, or €30,000 for a 28-day program. The program includes lifetime aftercare and is designed for men, including professionals or public-facing residents, who need structure, distance from triggers, as they transition to more independent sober living.
